Organic Valley 波羅伏洛起司

I was surprised how much flavor this cheese packs even though most of the butterfat is removed—perfect for melting on a sandwich without feeling greasy.

The skimmed milk really comes through — it's creamy without being heavy like some provolone I've bought. Melts perfectly on a hot sandwich and doesn't turn greasy.

The texture is spot-on for slicing onto crackers, and the lower butterfat means it melts without turning greasy. Only wish the package were resealable since we go through it slowly.
