Tossed some chunks into my breakfast yogurt and it added just the right sweetness without being overpowering. The flavor is consistently good, and it held up well in the fridge for a few days after cutting.

Cut one open for lunch today and it was perfectly ripe — sweet enough to eat on its own, and the chunks held up nicely in a quick fruit salad. The slices were juicy without being messy, which made it an easy afternoon snack too.
