Finally got a bag of this Jinotega and the traceability really matters to me — knowing exactly which family farm it came from. The beans are consistently rich without any bitterness, even in my afternoon cup. Exactly what I was hoping for in a daily driver.

The first sip had a smooth, almost creamy body that I wasn’t expecting from a single-origin bean. I love knowing exactly where my coffee comes from, and the traceability on this bag is a nice touch. Definitely buying again.
