I love that this mix uses whole rolled oats and oat bran—makes the pancakes hearty without being heavy. Also worked great as muffins for breakfast meal prep. Definitely buying again.

I've been making the muffins version on Sunday nights and they come out dense and filling, not cakey at all. Using whole rolled oats and extra oat bran means one muffin actually holds me until lunch. My kids don't even notice it's the healthy kind.

These made a denser pancake than my usual boxed mix, but I actually liked how filling they were before a morning run. The oat bran keeps me full way past lunch, though I do add a splash of extra milk to loosen the batter.
