Fage 希臘優格 12入綜合口味

I've been eating this with a spoonful of honey every morning and it actually keeps me full until lunch, which no other yogurt has done for me. The ingredient list really is just milk and cultures, and you can taste the difference.

The three milkfat options let me choose exactly how rich I want it, and the protein keeps me full for hours. Finally a yogurt that's just real ingredients.

Swapped my usual sugar-loaded brand for this case and the difference in texture is wild, thick enough that it actually holds up in the fridge for days. Twelve cups is a lot but they disappear fast with berries on top.
