The lack of added nitrates was what sold me, and honestly it tastes cleaner than the usual stuff without losing that salty, peppery bite. Slices are thin enough to lay flat on crackers without tearing.

Finally found a salami that doesn't taste processed — the slices are thin and the flavor is genuinely meaty without any chemical aftertaste. Perfect for rolling up with cheese for a quick lunch.

The fact that there's no nitrates or nitrites added sold me, and the flavor doesn't suffer for it one bit. I've been folding these into sandwiches all week and the slices hold together way better than the paper-thin stuff I used to buy.
