Byrne半對半鮮奶油夸脫

The creaminess is noticeable the second it hits the pan — it thickened my mushroom sauce way better than the carton stuff I used to grab. Being equal parts whole milk and heavy cream really shows. Also goes without saying it's a dream in scrambled eggs.

This half and half made my morning coffee velvety smooth without being too heavy. The texture is just right since it's equal parts whole milk and heavy cream.

Used this in a cream of mushroom soup last night and it made the whole pot taste richer without any graininess. Equal parts whole milk and heavy cream means it whips up nicely too, which I didn't expect from a quart.
