紅馬鈴薯袋

Roasted these with olive oil and garlic last night, they came out creamy on the inside with crispy skin. A 5-pound bag is plenty for a couple of meals.

Boiled a few of these for mashed potatoes last night and they held their shape perfectly without turning mushy. The skins are thin enough that I didn't even bother peeling them.

These potatoes were firm and nearly blemish-free right out of the bag, which made peeling them for mashed potatoes a breeze. They held their shape well during boiling and had a creamy, earthy flavor.
