The notes are really bright and clean for a medium roast, which surprised me since I usually go darker. I love that I can trace it back to the actual farm in Jinotega. This bag will easily last me a month of daily cups.

The 5lb bag is perfect for my morning routine, and the trace-ability from the family farm in Jinotega gives me confidence in the quality. The beans have a smooth, balanced flavor that's noticeably fresher than grocery store brands.

I love knowing exactly where my coffee comes from, and the family-owned farm story behind these beans makes each cup feel special. The roast is perfectly balanced—smooth with no bitterness, even as it cools.
