Cold brew voor thuis - Vintage glazen fles

The 96 oz bottle lasted me almost two weeks in the fridge, and the Ethiopian beans give it this bright, fruity finish I wasn't expecting from a concentrate. Pouring it over ice at the 1 to 1 ratio is dead simple, no measuring fuss.

That 14-hour slow steep makes a world of difference—the Ethiopian flavor is smooth and never bitter. The 1:1 ratio creates a concentrate that lasts me over a week, and the big glass bottle feels premium.

Ninety-six ounces sounded like a lot until I realized I was pouring a glass every afternoon. The 1:1 ratio means it doesn't get watered down over ice, and the vintage bottle looks nice enough to leave on the counter. Fourteen hours of steeping really shows in how smooth it drinks.
