Hunter & Hilsberg Apple Preserves

I've been stirring a spoonful into my morning yogurt all week and it's such a nice change from plain fruit. You can really taste that the apples came from small northeast farms, way more layered than the jarred stuff I used to buy.

The apple chunks are really generous, and you can taste the difference from farm-fruit — perfect slathered on a warm croissant.
