The seeds pop with a sharp, sweet tang that makes my morning yogurt feel like a treat, and the antioxidant boost is a nice excuse to snack on them. I’ve already gone through two in a week and the color inside is a deep, vibrant red every time.

The antioxidant boost is exactly what I needed to feel less sluggish in the mornings, and the pomegranate seeds are incredibly sweet—almost like candy. I've been tossing a handful into my yogurt for a quick, healthy start.

I've been adding these to my morning smoothies and the sweetness is just right, no extra sugar needed. The juice is so vibrant and rich that it makes even a plain yogurt bowl feel fancy.
