Trinity Valley Magermilch Creamline Weidehaltung Halbe Gallone

The creamline layer at the top of this half gallon is my favorite part—it swirls back in so smoothly after a shake. I've been using it in my morning coffee and even straight up, and it tastes genuinely grass-fed, not watery like most skim I've tried.

The texture is so much richer than typical skim milk, and I love seeing that creamline rise at the top. It pours beautifully in my morning coffee without feeling watered down.

The cream line on top is exactly what I was hoping for — that little layer of richness makes the skim milk taste way more satisfying than the watery stuff at the supermarket. It's got that fresh, grassy flavor I remember from farm milk as a kid, and it lasts a good week past the date.
