Knowing each hen gets 108 square feet of roaming pasture makes me feel good about every omelet I crack. The yolks are that deep orange you only see from genuinely healthy birds, and my custards set up beautifully every single time.

I've been baking a lot of quiches lately and these yolks hold together so well the custard sets up silky every time. Knowing the hens get 108 square feet each makes me feel a little better about the price.
