I wasn’t expecting much from skim milk, but the fact that it comes from cows raised on organic pastures really comes through—it’s actually rich and satisfying without any fat.

The fat free skim actually tastes creamy instead of watery, which I didn't expect from a skim. Knowing the cows are raised on organic pastures makes the slightly higher price worth it for my daily smoothies.
