Hunter & Hilsberg Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves

I didn't expect a jarred preserve to taste this fresh, but the rhubarb actually holds its own against the strawberry instead of getting buried. Spread it thick on toast and the tartness cuts right through the butter. Gone in a week.

The balance of sweet strawberry and tart rhubarb is perfect – not overwhelming either way. I've been using it on pancakes and the fruit pieces are a nice touch.
