Hunter & Hilsberg Pineapple Preserves

The pineapple chunks are bigger than I expected, and it's not overly sweet like most jams. I've been spooning it over Greek yogurt all week, and the northeast-grown fruit really comes through.

I love that these preserves are made with fruit from northeast farms—tastes so fresh and vibrant. Pairs perfectly with my morning yogurt, and the pineapple chunks are just the right size.

Spreading this on a warm biscuit was a mistake only because now I've gone through half the jar in a week. The texture is thicker and chunkier than standard jam, and you can tell the pineapple actually came from real fruit. Good on yogurt too, though it's sweet enough that a little goes a long way.
