Dietz & Watson Organic Uncured Smoked Ham

I was honestly surprised by how much flavor the smoked taste adds without being salty. It's uncured and organic too, which is why I switched from my usual brand. Makes a solid sandwich without any greasy aftertaste.

Wasn't sure about uncured ham but this stuff actually has a nice smoky flavor without being salty. Layered it on a baguette with mustard and it held up way better than the packaged stuff I usually grab.

Picked this up because I've been trying to cut out nitrates, and it actually tastes like real smoked ham instead of the watery stuff. Slices are thick enough for a proper sandwich and it doesn't get slimy after a few days in the fridge.
