سلامي دانييل نيو إنجلاند هارد

Sliced this thin for sandwiches all week and it holds up way better than the softer stuff I used to buy. Love that there's no added nitrates or MSG, so I don't feel weird about my kid snacking on it straight from the fridge.

I was skeptical about the no nitrates thing tasting any different, but this salame has a really nice peppery bite to it. Been throwing a few slices on crackers after work all week and it's got a firm, dry texture that holds up without getting greasy. Genuinely good stuff for the price.

I've been buying hard salame for years and this one actually tastes like meat instead of salt. The no-nitrates thing sold me, and it slices clean for sandwiches without crumbling. Going through a log way faster than I planned.
