علبة ثوم

The case format is way more convenient than buying individual bulbs every week — I just keep them in a mesh bag in the pantry and grab what I need. Every bulb in the case was firm with tight papery skins, no soft or sprouted ones.

Bought a full case for a big batch of pesto and every bulb was firm with tight, papery skin. Not a single clove was sprouting or mushy, which is rare for buying in bulk. Took me a good hour to peel it all, but that's just garlic.

Ordered a case for a big batch of tomato sauce and every bulb was firm with no soft spots. Peeling a whole head took me barely a minute, which is rare for grocery store garlic.
